Date Your Kind

Self-discovery is what will dictate the kind of people that you should have in relationship. You cannot afford to have relationship with whosoever you like at your own will. Pay attention to the dealings of God with you and understand the kind of person God have wired you to become. In That understanding is what sets the pace of the kind of people you should engage with in relationship.

“Relate with your kind and stay around your kind.”

A healthy relationship is for two people who have common ground in the place of life assignment. Common ground is when two people have common interest in every aspect of life. This is the beauty of attraction that brings people together through their common interest.

Relationship is not an aimless journey with no direction in life. It is an intentional decision, and journey with a specific defined direction in life. This direction is a reality that must aligns with the common ground between these two persons in terms of their individual life assignment.

It is a waste of time for you to engage in a relationship with someone without a common ground in the area of your life assignment. These must be a mutual interest for attraction and conversation. Until this common ground is defined and respected, your life assignment will be frustrated.My point is this, your self-discovery is what will dictate the kind of people that you should have in relationship. Marriage is not a distraction to your ministry. It is a support system to your ministry. The benefits in marriage helps you to be emotionally and sexually balance to excell in ministry. This is the reason why you must marry some one who is interested in your calling. He or she must be some one whose calling compliment your calling and your calling compliment his or her calling too. Dont abandon your ministry due to the pursuit of marriage. Marriage was ordained by God to serve the need of the Ministry. This puts you in a dual responsibility; a minister and a spouse.
